These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and The Life System (the “App,” “we,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
The App helps you plan and track your health and personal finances by taking information you enter and producing plans, projections, and reminders using deterministic calculations and fixed assumptions. The App provides information and tools only. It does not provide professional advice (see Sections 6–8).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
6. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. The App provides general information, calculations, and tools for educational and organizational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice, and it does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. We are not a financial advisor, broker, lender, or credit-repair service. Before making any financial decision, consult a qualified professional who can consider your specific circumstances.
7. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its health and fitness content is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise, nutrition, or weight-management program, and stop and seek medical attention if you experience any symptoms.
8. ESTIMATES ONLY. Debt-free dates, interest and payoff projections, savings projections, and health/weight projections are estimates based on the information you enter and on simplifying assumptions (for example, constant interest rates, constant payments, and steady progress). They are not guarantees or predictions of actual results. Real results will vary. Always verify balances, interest rates, and payments against your official creditor and account statements.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users’ data, interfering with or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The App and its content, features, and branding are owned by The Life System and its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. The data you enter remains yours.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or projection will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Life System and its owners and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App or from any financial or health decision you make. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Life System from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Tennessee will have jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
