You can permanently delete your account and all of your data from inside the App:
This is permanent and irreversible: it deletes your profile, health data, financial data, debts, bills, payments, workouts, and your login. If you cannot access the App, email us and we will help.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so they are managed in your app-store account — not inside the App:
